Traditionally made with St. Germain, Prosecco, and a splash of soda water (just like our popular Hugo Spritz popsicles!), this version adds a cozy, wintry touch. Pre-made ice cubes filled with mint, cranberries, cinnamon stick & cranberry juice make prep effortless so you can spend less time mixing and more time celebrating. It’s the perfect signature drink for any holiday party, whether you’re hosting at home or planning a corporate event with The Vintage Horse Mobile Bar. 🎄✨
Ingredients
Festive Cranberry Ice Cubes
Mint
Cranberries
Cinnamon stick (optional)
2 cups cranberry juice
Hugo Spritz
St. Germain
Prosecco
Instructions
Assemble: Arrange mint and cranberries into the bottom of each ice cube (this is the ice cube tray I used), then add in cinnamon stick (optional).
Once you have them looking how you like, pour cranberry juice into each cube, almost (but not quite) to the top.
Freeze until solid, about 4 hours.
Serve: Place 1 large cranberry ice cube (or about 3 smaller cubes) into a serving glass. Top with splash of St. Germain and fill with prosecco.
