Ingredients
1 ounce Empress Gin for mocktail use non-alcoholic gin or remove completely
1 cup vanilla ice cream can sub coconut ice cream for dairy-free
2 ounces pineapple juice
2 tsp blueberry simple syrup can sub blue curacao syrup
Optional: For a deeper blue color add a tiny bit of light or cornflower blue food coloring
Buttercream icing and sugar sprinkles for rim
Directions
Add everything to a blender and blend 10-15 seconds. Rim a glass with buttercream icing and sugar sprinkles. Pour in the glass and enjoy!

Ingredients
4oz gingerbread-flavored vodka
2 tsp ground ginger
2oz coffee liqueur
2oz Irish cream liqueur
4oz half and half or cream
1/2 cup whipped cream (for garnish)
2 tbsp ground cinnamon (for garnish)
1/2 cup white chocolate, melted (for the rim)
1 cup gingerbread cookies
Directions
Rim the glasses: Melt the white chocolate and dip the rims of two glasses into the melted chocolate. Then dip the rims into the crushed gingerbread cookies, rotating the glasses to coat the rims fully. Set aside.
In a cocktail shaker, combine the gingerbread-flavored vodka, half-and-half or cream, Irish cream liqueur, coffee liqueur, ground ginger, and a generous amount of ice.
Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to chill and combine the ingredients.
Strain the shaken cocktail into the glasses
Top each cocktail with a dollop of whipped cream. Sprinkle ground cinnamon on top of the whipped cream for garnish.
Serve immediately and enjoy!

1 oz Homemade cranberry syrup
2 dashes Chocolate bitters
3-5 Fresh cranberries
Sugared cranberries - (for garnish)
Sugar - (for rim)
Homemade Cranberry Syrup
1 12oz bag cranberries fresh or frozen
1 ½ cups water
1 cup sugar
Directions
Partly rim your glass with sugar and set it aside.
Add fresh cranberries into a mixing glass and slightly crush them.
Add Rye Whiskey, homemade cranberry simple syrup, Chocolate bitters, and ice. 4. Stir until the drink is well-chilled.
Strain into the prepared glass.
Decorate with sugared cranberries on a cocktail pick.

Homemade Cranberry Syrup
1. Combine water, sugar and cranberries in a medium saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Simmer for 15 minutes or until sugar is fully dissolved and cranberries have popped and softened.
2. Pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer. Transfer the syrup into glass containers and serve as desired.

2 parts Prosecco (or any dry sparkling wine)
1 part white cranberry juice
Clear sanding sugar sprinkles, optional
Fresh rosemary sprig and whole cranberries for garnish, optional
Directions
Place some water in a shallow dish or bowl and place the sugar sprinkles in a separate shallow dish or bowl.
Dip the rim of a cocktail glass or champagne flute in the water, wetting it evenly. Then, evenly dip it into the sugar sprinkles.
Pour Prosecco into the glass and top with white cranberry juice.
If desired, garnish with a small sprig of fresh rosemary and some whole cranberries.

1 oz Simple Syrup
1 oz Cranberry Juice
1 1/2 oz White Rum
1 oz PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur
Soda Water
Crushed Ice
Pomegranate arils
Lime wedges for garnish
Directions
In a mojito glass, muddle mint leaves and a few pomegranate arils to release their flavors.
Pour in the cranberry juice, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup, then fill the glass with crushed ice.
Add white rum and Pomegranate Liqueur, and stir to combine.
Top with soda water and garnish with mint, lime wedges, and additional pomegranate arils.

3/4 oz Midori, some like to use 1 oz - up to you!
1 oz pineapple juice
¾ oz lime juice
1/2 oz orange liqueur
Coconut shavings
Directions
Rim your glass with lime juice then coconut shavings
Add Ice to shaker
Add tequila, Midori, Pineapple, Lime Juice & Orange liquor
Shake all ingredients together
Strain into a glass with fresh ice
